At the Welcome Desk, you will find PCs, documents, and materials for badge management. Our dedicated staff ensures a seamless experience for all attendees, including VIPs, partners, delegates, media, security, and staff. Upon arrival, participants can collect their badges here, where our team will assist with any inquiries and ensure accurate distribution. Our goal is to make the check-in process efficient and welcoming, setting the tone for a smooth and enjoyable event.
ACCREDITATION

QR CODES
Before the event, a personal QR code will be sent to each participant by email.

CHECK IN
Upon arrival, a dedicated team will greet participants and will direct them to the check-in kiosks

03.
VERIFICATION
At the Kiosk, the QR code will bring up participants registration details and participants will confirm or update their personal information for printing

04.
KIOSK DISPATCH
At the kiosk when a participant clicks on “Print Badge”, a pop up message will invite him/her to go at the Registration desk N°x for ID verification and badge collection.
05.
BADGE COLLECTION

Custom PVC Badge with Variable Data
The XL PVC badge with variable data is ideal for trade shows, access control, identification badges, event badges, and more.
The printing is available on one side or both sides of 0.76 mm (760 microns) plastic PVC. Optionally, you can customize the cards with variable data (text, barcodes, addresses, etc.), and also perforate them with a round or oblong hole
